Anuradha Shaw is a senior lecturer and business development manager in the Centre for Banking at BIBF. She joined BIBF in September 2009.

Shaw has over 35 years of work and training experience in bank management roles including credit officer, branch manager, banking trainer and retail management.

Her work and teaching experience include State Bank of India (Frankfurt and India); Ministry of Finance (Institute of Public Administration — Saudi Arabia); Shell Canada; Reitmans (Montreal); the Northwest company (Canadian Arctic) and TD Insurance (Toronto).

Shaw is an expert in the areas of credit operations, international banking and retail management. She also is interested in public speaking and adventure travels. Her academic majors are in Economics.
